Declutter your schedule one small step at a time. Take stock of your routines and simplify by making small changes. Change a morning ritual or a weekend chore. Rather than exhausting your energy on multi tasking, focus on one chore or person at a time. Over time, these small changes will make a dent in your cluttered life style and help you de-stress.
